For Construction Workers – ለግንበኞች

1) Payment will be made only upon 100% completion of the assigned sub-station or task.
ክፍያ የተመደበውን ሰብ ስቴሽን ወይም ተግባር 100% ሲያጠናቅቁ ብቻ ይፈጸማል።

2) The rate of payment will be agreed upon in this registration form.
የክፍያ ተመን በዚህ የመመዝገቢያ ቅፅ ውስጥ በመስማማት ይወሰናል።

3) Payment rate may vary depending on the nature and complexity of the task.
የክፍያው ተመን ከስራው አይነት እና ብዛት ሊለያይ ይችላል።

4) Workers must ensure proper reporting and task verification by the site engineer.
ሰራተኞች የሚሰሩትን ስራ፤ የስራ እድገት ሂደትን እና የስራው ጥራት በሳይት ኢንጂነር ታይቶ መረጋገጥ ይኖርበታል።

For Laborers – ለቀን ሰራተኞች

1) Laborers will be paid on a weekly basis.
የቀን ሰራተኞች በሳምት አንዴ ይከፈላቸዋል።

2) Payment is calculated as: number of days worked × agreed daily rate.
የክፍያው ሂደት የሰሩት ቀን ብዛት በተስማሙበት የገንዘብ ተመን ተባዝቶ ይከፈላል።

3)The daily rate will be agreed upon during registration and may vary per project.
የቀን የክፋያ ተመኑ የቀን ሰራተኞች በሚመዘገቡበት ቅጽ ላይ በስምምነት ተወስኖ ይቀመጣል።

4) Attendance and verification by the site supervisor are required for payment approval.
የቀን ሰራተኞች አቴንዳንስ እና የስራ ጥራት ሂደት በሳይት ሱፐርዛይዘር ወይም በሳይት ኢንጂነር ተረጋግጦ ለክፋይ መቅረብ ይኖርበታል።
